Carmen was born and raised in Perú where she obtained her Degree in Public Relations. She is trilingual (English/Spanish/Italian). Being exposed to 3 different cultures has given her the opportunity and ability to understand better her customer needs and preferences with a broader mindset and unique perspective. Carmen uses this expertise to negotiate successful transactions. Prior to joining the Watson Team and lately FLORIDA HOMES REALTY & MORTGAGE, Carmen spent 20 years working for the Banking Industry in the Corporate Treasury Services Area. She served as a primary contact and central information source for Customer Relationships. She played a critical role in maintaining and enhancing positive relationships ensuring customer satisfaction. Carmen is a former President of the Jacksonville, FL Peruvian Club, a non-profit organization and she is very active in Social and Charitable Organizations. She understands that extraordinary service is the key to success and her integrity and dedication to her client’s needs are unmatched.
